    I used these to decorate for the 4th of July! They are fantastic lights and performed well! I would purchase them again!

    I purchased these for various Christmas projects, including upgrading an old 2-foot tree that had non-functional incandescent lights. I was thrilled with the strobe feature, reminiscent of the twinkling lights seen at Rockefeller Center and in front of the Fox Theater, where lights randomly burst on and off. It’s called strobe, but it’s not like a disco strobe light. My favorite setting is Asyn Fade. I got a white decoration set that really enhances the lights’ glow. The combination of white tinsel and these lights is stunning. I’m ready to buy more. Anything powered by USB with so many features is fantastic.

    Months later, I was searching for a USB string light that offers warm white, but this one doesn’t, despite hints in the pictures. I won’t deduct a star for that, but just a heads up—there’s no warm white option. Double tapping W didn’t work, and the yellow is more of a greenish-yellow rather than a true 2700k incandescent mimic.

    Update: I’ve discovered even more uses for these lights. Although there’s no dimmer, the beautiful blues and turquoise colors make this set great if you like those shades. There’s also a lovely leafy green, perfect for creating a spooky Halloween glow through windows. However, there’s a downside—only one controller is included per two sets. I bought two sets, but misplaced one controller, so now I’ve literally taped it to the wall to avoid losing it again.

    Since the controller is the bulk of the cost—given that the LEDs are inexpensive—the risk is high with just one remote. If you lose it, you’re left pressing buttons and hoping to land on your desired setting. I wish there were a dimmer option and an extra controller instead of just one. But please, no app or Bluetooth requirement; I’d rather not have to modify the USB to disable Bluetooth. I’m not a fan of relying on apps for everything and truly appreciate the provided controllers.

    So I could wish for a dimmer and for two controllers not just one. But, please don’t make it require an app or have a bluetooth antenna. I don’t want to have to do surgery on the USB to disable the bluetooth. I’m really not a fan of using apps for everything. I appreciate the controllers provided, instead.

    Love these fairy lights. Looked so cute around the bar set up and dinner. Takes 3 AA batteries. Easy to install. Just slide off cap and put batteries in. Very bright. Does not have a remote control. On/Off switch. Battery holder clear, easy to hide under something. Light look and feel.

    Arrived quickly in good condition. These are waaaay longer than expected but I love that! There are 4 per pack. The lights are small and just the right brightness for my purposes. The wire on the string bends nicely, so you can wrap these where you need and even connect them together by wrapping an end to another. They even have a timer option on the battery box. My only complaint is the battery box on the first one I opened to add batteries was really difficult to get open. I tried my fingernails, then a flat screwdriver, finally a small nail to get it open. The nail worked. The next one opened easily.
