I needed to downsize, so had given my big tree plus most ornaments to my daughter.
I don’t have to move furniture now! But I wanted to keep a few cherished ornaments, so needed a small tree to display them.
The only problem I had is that the tallest branch doesn’t support my lovely small treetop angel. Had to fabricate a support from a wire coat hanger. But that worked. I am happy now, and the tree looks lovely.

Therefore, she strung it w/ purple light strand while waiting to OBTAIN BATTERIES FOR THIS TREE to enjoy NOW & until s/he flies home to celebrate Xmas w/ her family: parents & siblings.
(I purchased 2 strands of purple lights for her to use wherever she desires because I’ve experienced when her age, “grey winters that begin after leaves fall in Northern USA climates”. Based on rules of every multi-family dwelling re exterior lights -typically balcony, terraces, hallway doors to units can be decorated only during dates based on the coop’s bylaws or condo’s rules ONLY during Xmas Advent & must be removed by ~Jan 5 after celebration of USA New Year’s Day).
HOWEVER, owners can erect holiday decor lit or not anytime; renters can typically do the same based on the lease w/ landlord.
I gave the 24” tree 4-stars because:
#1) batteries (especially if they’re alkaline should be in the box w/ this tabletop tree so it can be fully enjoyed (lights add HUGELY TO ENHANCE THE TREE!
#2) based on appearance of all 24” Xmas trees w/ lights, this appeared to look like a real tree. I realize that NO manmade tree will ever appear nor smell like a real Pine Xmas tree – BUT NONE OF THE 24” trees’ needles looked “exceptional”.
Based on appearance, I deemed this specific tree “acceptable” & hoped the “surprise gift” would be enjoyed by the recipient.
Ultimately, the recipient reported she was extremely happy & grateful for my “thinking of her”. However, IF I HAD NOT ORDERED THE PURPLE LIGHT STRANDS- the tree would have been dark..

This little tree was a bit pricey but it’s good quality and it lights itself automatically for 6 hours (I think) at whatever time it is first set. It has been realiable in turning tself on nd off each evening.. I added a few miniature ornaments and a topper and it looks nice as a small bedroom tree to flll an empty space.
