I ordered this 15″ Over the door wreath hanger since I almost ordered a beautiful Spring & Summer wreath the other day and now I can’t find it so I wish I did. It had my two favorite flowers blue Hydrangeas and Peonies. Maybe I’ll find it, but knew that I’ve been meaning to buy a wreath hanger so I bought this Black metal 15″ wreath hanger hook because it’s an Amazon Choice which I always have good luck with those recommended by Amazon. Plus it said underneath the Product Description that this one is “less frequently returned” which made it an automatic buy for just under $7.00. I actually just bought 2 in the clear acrylic since I prefer not to see the Black metal on this. I’ll still keep it since I don’t like returning things especially for something inexpensive. Both this one and the two acrylic ones that I just bought hold a wreath up to ten pounds. The acrylic, clear two that I just ordered says it won’t scratch the door, but it comes in 12 inches hanging from over the door as opposed to this one which hangs down from the top of the door 15 inches. I really couldn’t downgrade my rating just because I’m thinking more clearly today when I knew I preferred the clear invisible hook. I look at it this way I’ll have 3 wreath hooks since I just love the artificial flowered wreaths on Amazon, so I will be buying more to hang on some of my interior doors inside our home. I think that these were something that are a genius invention because for so many years these weren’t available and my husband told me I couldn’t hang a wreath because our front door was metal and now I can. So if you don’t mind the black metal showing this one will be ideal for you. I’ll have it in case my two acrylic ones are not strong enough to make me happy with this purchase. It won’t really be the focal point next to the gorgeous wreaths and you can rely on it being sturdy. I’m not sure how heavy the wreaths are, but most of the over the door wreath hooks that I looked at said the same 10 pound limit. I think most people would love this black metal and knowing it’s less frequently returned I feel comfortable recommending it.
